Are you looking to make amazing memories this summer? Well, you’re not alone!

Summer is notorious for memorable dates, but if you feel like you’ve already done it all, we have some fresh ideas for you. Whether it’s your first date with the person you're crushing on, or quality time with your long-time significant other, a summer date is the perfect way to spend time with the person you love (or like a whole lot!).

So, what are you waiting for? Check out these unique ideas to wow your summer date:

  • Drive to a neighboring city and explore for the day!

  • Rent electric bikes and go for an adventure!

  • Learn to rollerblade and/or skateboard together!

  • Have a cook-off! Each chooses a different recipe for the same dish and get cooking!

  • Go to a drive-in movie! Don’t forget to pack some popcorn, candy, and a blanket!

Amanda Sosa is a college graduate from California State University, Long Beach with a MA in English (emphasis Rhetoric and Composition) and a BA in English (emphasis Rhetoric and Composition; minor in American Studies).
