Boozy cocoa recipes

In honor of National Cocoa Day (December 13th), here are a couple of adult recipes to try at home:
From 3YummyTummies:
* Bailey’s Peppermint Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
2 cups 2% or Whole milk
2 shots of Bailey’s 3 oz
1 shot Peppermint Schnapps 1.5 ounces
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
Chocolate Sauce
Whipped Cream
Andes Mint Chips
Directions:
Add milk to a small sauce pan on Medium Heat; stir and heat until milk comes close to a boil.
Stir in cocoa powder, sugar and salt; stir until lumps dissolve.
Stir in Baileys and Peppermint Schnapps; remove from heat.
Serve in coffee mugs topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and Andes Mint Chips (optional).

* Red Wine Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips (recommended: Ghirardelli)
3/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup half and half
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Orange peel, to zest (optional)
Directions:
Combine the chocolate chips, wine, milk, half-and-half, and sugar (if using), in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is hot.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Pour into mugs and serve.
