Healthy Treats for Kids

What kid (or adult) doesn't love treats!? The problem is that a lot of popular treats have high amounts of sugar and other unhealthy things. Here is a list of healthy treats for your kids to try!
Freeze-dried or dehydrated Fruit
A local honey stick (in moderation, local honey can help with seasonal allergies)
Pomegranate seeds
Unbuttered (or lightly buttered) popcorn
Homemade popsicles
Fruit leather (look for no added sugar)
Homemade smoothie
Frozen grapes
Fresh berries and whipped cream
