We’ve all been there. It’s 4:00 PM and you’ve had barely any water. And maybe a headache comes to remind you to take a sip every now and again (oops!).
But it can be hard to drink enough H2O, so we’re here to help you *spice* up your water options to make your glass something you’ll actually reach for!
What’s the big secret? Infuse your water! It’s much more fun to drink, and easier too!
All you do is add any of the following ingredients to your water, let it infuse, and drink! It’s that simple. So, sift through the list of ideas below and start adding!
Pick one or two of the following fruits:
Cucumber (sliced)
Lemon (sliced)
Lime (sliced)
Oranges (sliced)
Grapefruit (sliced)
Peaches (sliced)
Strawberries (sliced)
Raspberries (whole)
Blackberries (whole)
Blueberries (whole)
Now pair it with an herb!
Mint
Rosemary
Basil
Thyme
Ginger
Bonus Option:
Honey!
Mix and match as much or as little as you want, but don’t hold back on trying these fun flavor blasts!
Comment below to share which options you paired together!
