We all need to unplug from technology! We should unplug more than once a year, but at least it's a start. From National Day of Unplugging:


National Day of Unplugging is an awareness campaign that promotes a 24-hour respite from technology annually observed the first weekend in March.

Unplugging can mean something different for everyone. If you rely on technology for your business, it's kind of hard to unplug, but maybe you need to unplug in your personal life.
