This week’s edition of Self Care Sunday is all about highlighting what is inside of you! And a great way to get in touch with your inner self is to start journaling (if you don’t already)! Journaling is a great outlet for when you are feeling just about any type of way. But it can also be hard to get started, so that is why we have made a list of helpful prompts for you.

It is important to let yourself be honest as you write these, don’t hold back, and don’t hold any judgment against yourself.

- What in life makes you happy?

- What in life makes you feel at peace?

- What is a boundary you would like to set with someone?

- What is something you can regularly do for yourself?

- What is something you love about yourself?

- How do you center and ground yourself when you are stressed?

- Name a goal you would like to achieve.

- How do you know when you are starting to feel burnt out?

- What can you do to “re-charge” yourself when you are feeling burnt out?

- How do you stand up for yourself?

- What are you grateful for right now?

- Do you feel like you are holding yourself back in any way?

- How do you remind yourself that you are enough?

- Write a letter to your future self.

- Write a letter to your younger self.
